Breaking: Judge Approves “Televising” Prop 8 Trial (Updated)

A federal judge in San Francisco has approved the televising of the Prop 8 trial, set to begin on Monday. While there will be no live broadcast by outside media, the trial will be recorded by the court and then made available on YouTube.

According to the court, the trial will be recorded by the court and then made available on YouTube. Media groups wanted the trial to be broadcast live, but the judge rejected that request.
